You're invited to the whole day at Elliface HQ in Lancaster PA, from noon on October 31 until midnight. Come for Cooking With Heat, stay for Nik's DJ set, hand out candy with us, and immortalize (we're doing vampire puns!) your outfit in the photobooth.
This year's inspiration is The Vampire Lestat: Lestat takes his band on tour, chasing rock stardom while his past comes back to haunt him. Think gothic drama, glam-rock stagewear, and an immortal frontman with a lot to prove. Costumes are encouraged; being here is the important part.

Kick off Halloween in the kitchen with Elliface and JoystikNik. We're on the FRONT PAGE OF TWITCH from 12-1pm with StreamPA, then the cooking continues all afternoon.

Look for legal street spaces on Green Street, Rockland Street, and the nearby blocks around South Lime, South Shippen, Palm, Pershing, and Dauphin. Rockland Street is a popular parking spot for folks visiting. Start close and work outward two or three blocks; no downtown garage trek needed. Follow the one-way signs, and don't use private lots or block driveways, crosswalks, hydrants, or corners.

Unmetered spaces don't need meter payment. Lancaster's non-downtown meters operate Monday-Friday; downtown meters also operate Saturday. Free doesn't mean unrestricted: check the sign on your exact block for permits, time limits, street cleaning, and temporary restrictions, especially if you're staying late.
On a permit-only block? Ask Elli about guest-permit arrangements before leaving your car. The city's online permit maps are being updated, so posted signs are the final check.

The stream runs continuously from Cooking With Heat at noon right through midnight, with cameras throughout the first floor. By attending, you agree to appear on the livestream and in recordings; PH16 may also publish and share photobooth photos. There isn't an off-camera option on the first floor, so pick your nose upstairs!

This is a continuously livestreamed event, noon to midnight. Attending means agreeing to appear on stream and in recordings, and to PH16 sharing photobooth photos. Cameras cover the first floor throughout the party.
