Rigil Paix (or, Phoebe) is Mrs. Frizzle's transfemme English Teacher sister, Mx. Drizzle: high femme, low budget, an aging millennial, and a queer patron.
On the PH16 side, she's hosted movie nights and long-running board game streams, bringing the exact kind of structure, taste, and "wait, there's an implied order for this" energy that turns a hangout into programming.
Outside PH16, she helps write BLANKSWORD, a turn-based roguelike RPG about dethroning a cruel god, rebuilding yourself from scratch, and getting lovingly parasitized by a very particular creative brain.
Her creative center of gravity lives somewhere between narrative design, community care, and extremely specific bits. If there is a lore call, a watch order, or a weird little project that needs someone to make it feel intentional, Phoebe is probably already holding the thread.
